Hospital Policies

Waiting Room Guidelines

Please check in with our receptionist at the front desk when you arrive for your appointment. If you are a new client, you will be asked to fill out registration paperwork.

Please make sure your dog is on a leash and your cat is in a carrier before getting out of your car and keep your pet contained at all times in the reception area. Also, keep retractable leashes in the short, locked position. This will allow us to provide a safe environment for both clients and patients.

If you do not have a carrier for your cat, please make our reception staff aware so we can place you and your cat into an exam room immediately.
